  2. I want to marry Mamacita. (Yes, I'll divorce you Maria Rodes).

Wonderful list, only thing missing is Los Macuanos' "Pasado y Presente."

Wonderul top 10. For me, "Toro" is the real winner so far.

  12. Not to make it into a sadistic Disney-like story, but a few months ago Mamacita was doing Javiera Mena's makeup. Who knew that gorgeous makeup artist would be on her way to be the next big thing? Love the song, "Sentir Amor" is remarkable too.

Those Chileans really, what do they eat. Love Lido Pimienta, Fauna, Luciana, Los Embajadores (!!), Davila 666 & Los Claveles.

  13. I'm sorry, I always like to respect things and the things people like but the Dios aqui song just makes me lost a lot of credibility for the level of good taste that I thought you had in this blog.

  18. So many discoveries!

and yeah, that Fother Muckers bash has to come from someone who doesn't seem to 'get it' (I hate using the 'u don't get it' response, but sometimes is necessary).

  20. great list but Mamacita #1, really? I heard the song and was automatically transplanted to my junior high school dances, it's cool but just sounds like a refrito!

White Ninja, Los Amparito, Bam Bam, and Adrianigual and some others were amazing- thanks for giving access to such cool music.
